Full refund: Cancellations made at least 8 days before the course starts. For example, for a session on Wednesday at 5:30 pm, the cancellation deadline is the previous Wednesday by 5:30 pm.
50% refund: Cancellations made at least 3 days before the course starts. For example, for a session on Wednesday at 5:30 pm, the cancellation deadline is the preceding Sunday by 5:30 pm.
No refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the course will not be refunded. However, in case of illness, the fee may be applied to a future booking, valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.
